Contract Recruiting:

Contract Recruiting is based on an hourly rate and not tied to salary percentages.  Active recruiting is used to attract qualified candidates for your open positions at all levels.  During the contract term, we work with management and decision makers to understand your corporate culture as it relates to hiring and recruiting.

Retained Search:

Your company retains Derek Associates, Inc. with a percentage of the salary-based fee to initiate the search.  The balance of the fee is due when the search is completed.
